3 Minutes on the Beach is defined as an "Action Puzzle Game". It's a tribute to the popular Planet Puzzle League / Panel de Pon / Tetris Attack games. The object of the game is to form rows or columns of 3 or more similar gems. You can swap out gems to make them match up.
